Explorers have discovered ammunition dating from World War II in the lake of Pogradec.

Shells and mines which continue to be active, posing a serious threat to the lives of people but not only, have been discovered at the bottom of the lake.

Explorers are taking photos of these areas and will send those to the authorities of both countries. The aim is to clean the area. The news is also confirmed by Chief Inspector of environment in Korca, Alexander Cela, reports A1 Report.

Although media had written earlier about the presence of shells in Lake Ohrid, institutions did not take any measure to clean the area. /albeu.com/
