OSCE-ODIHR: Good elections and political polarization

OSCE/ODIHR has published the final report on 8 May's elections. In this report, was estimated that elections were transparent, competitive but polarized. The report states that the elections on May 8th, has been good, but there were problems in 10% of polling stations.

OSCE/ODIHR final report points out that the two major parties did not meet obligations. In terms of the Electoral Code, the report notes that there is no procedure code for the votes in the wrong boxes, which led to disagreements.

"CEC and CEAZ have not followed the Electoral Code. The election process was too long. There were unnecessary delays, "writes the report of OSCE/ODIHR.
