The conclusion of negotiations on the signing of the Stabilization and Association Agreement (SAA), may be considered as the biggest success of 2014 for Kosovo on its way towards the European family.

Government officials said that Kosovo plans that, in the first 5 months of 2015, to sign the SAA, and have already announced that they will apply for membership in the Council of Europe. While the promise of visa liberalization can not be achieved according to experts. Even this will not happen even next year.

Emrush Ujkani told "" that from these three priorities, only the signing of the SAA will be achieved within this year.

"I believe that the Stabilization and Association Agreement will could be ratified by the Council of the European Union this year, since I do not believe there will be any obstacles or procedural, unless the five EU countries that have not recognized Kosovo will do so. But I don't believe this will happen"said Ujkani.

Speaking about a visa-free regime at the end of 2015, as stated by the Prime Minister Mustafa, he says he does not believe that such a thing will happen, and according to him, this won't happen even in 2016 .

"We are dealing with a process that is highly technical, but sometimes takes the political features. The immigration flow has been one of the main challenges of this process and I do not believe that visa liberalization will can occur even in 2016 ", he said. /
