Today will be held the second round of talks between Kosovo and Serbia. The meeting will take place in Brussels between the two delegations led by deputy Prime Minister of Kosovo, Edita Tahiri, and the Serb diplomat, Borko Stefanoviē.

The focus of dialogue will be on the issues such as telecommunications, energy and the free movement of citizens.

Today's meeting will last just for one day and is not expected to result in an agreement between Pristina and Belgrade, although Brussels seeks issuance of a document for the issues that will be agreed between both delegations.

Tahiri, admitted that there is no action plan or strategy for threads and how to treat them, but has ruled out any possibility to overcome the so-called red lines, as are considered the discussions on the independence, sovereignty and territorial integrity. /
