Albania will head the presidency of the Council of Europe on May.The vice minister of Interior ministry, Ferdinand Poni declared that this is an epocal opportunity for Albania as our country may have the leading role after decades.

The ministry of Interior is very intersted to have the maximal succes in the so-called the Presidency of Albania in CoE where the local democracy is one of pilars of CoE and as such it turns the ministry in an epocal center –said Poni.

The next Presidency will be after 23 years and half and this coming coincidence with an important jubile makes it more epocal. /albeu.com/
