OSCE / ODIHR is expected to publish next week the final report on local elections held on May 8th. Publication of the ODIHR report on local elections is more important for the electoral process, as it will determine the quality of the next elections in Albania, and will be the basic reference document for all the internationals, European Union or for the United States States.

So far preliminary report of OSCE/ODIHR described the electoral process as transparent and competitive.

The report will also publish recommendations for future elections. /albeu.com/
