3 suspected swine flu cases in Kosovo

Infectious Clinic at the University Clinical Center of Kosovo reports of three suspected cases of A H1N1, also known as swine flu. Clinic executives say that people who are receiving treatment do not risk their lives. Director Hamdi Ramadani, told Radio Free Europe that the three patients were treated with symptomatic therapy or treatment.

"We are currently treating three cases of suspected influenza A, H1N1. One of them has already been released from the hospital, and the patient is from Ferizaj, while the two others are still waiting for their tests" said Ramadani.

Since virus A H1N1 emerged in 2009 in Mexico, it has caused 18,400 victims worldwide / Albeu.com /
