Former Prime Minister of Slovakia Iveta Radicova said that her country will recognize Kosovo based on the outcome of talks between Pristina and Belgrade.

"We will wait for the conclusion of talks. If they reach an agreement, then Slovakia will recognize Kosovo," Radicova said in an interview to "Radio Free Europe".

She said that the EU should help the Western Balkan countries, especially Kosovo and Bosnia-Herzegovina.

Slovakia is one of the five EU member countries that hasn't recognized Kosovo's independence, declared in 2008. /albeu.com/
