"For the European Union, the dialogue between Pristina and Belgrade has no connection with ultimatums, but with the implementation of agreements," This is what the spokesperson of the High Representative of the EU, Maja Kociancic told "Radio Free Europe".

Asked about the statements of the head of the Office for Kosovo in the Serbian government, Marko Djuric that Pristina and Belgrade have a deadline until the end of the week to reach agreement for the new phone code, Kociancic, reiterated that "dialogue is not about ultimatums, but deals with the implementation of the agreements ".

Serbian Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic also underlined that it is not an ultimatum, as Djuric said.

Djuric said that Serbia was given an ultimatum because, as he said, they required to give up on "the property of Telekom Serbia in Kosovo". /
