European Enlargement Commissioner, Johannes Hahn, has said that Kosovo's conditions for visa liberalization are clear and the country has implemented 93 out of a total of 95, including the ratification of the agreement on the demarcation with Montenegro.
When it comes to the dialogue between Belgrade and Pristina, Hahn says that the agreement on telecommunications should be a new dynamic.
In regard to the demarcation with Montenegro, EU's Enlargement Commissioner noted that this is a difficult situation and is being linked to early elections.
"This is a known game. They believe that early elections can change the situation, but elections will not change the structural problems or solve the conditions set by the EU. This is possible only by being concrete and confident, "he said, reports lajmi.net.
"The government (Kosovo) said that the EU is guilty and they also say that Kosovo being a Muslim country is another a reason. This is game, not at all serious made at the expense of citizens and the country's European perspective", said Hahn./Albeu.com/
