The Democratic Party secretary for public relations, Grida Duma, declared this Tuesday that the government education reform has failed, as the opposition had warned.
She said that "Edi Rama produced an irreparable damage for the future of high-school graduates who should have entered a state university, but they couldn't, despite their high grades. They don't know how their average grade was calculated."
The DP says that the students were not oriented to the preferential majors they wanted to continue before filling the application, and were not informed about the alternative subjects they could select, and the importance of each of them in the final calculations.
Duma said the government tried to shift the blame to universities, but students accuse PM Rama and Minister Lindita Nikolla. /albeu.com/
